Lippstadt, 1 August 2022. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the member of the Shareholders’ Committee of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (“HELLA”), Klaus Kühn, has informed the Management Board today that he will resign from his mandate on the Supervisory Board and the chairmanship thereof as well as his mandate on the Shareholders’ Committee at the end of the HELLA Annual General Meeting on 30 September 2022 for personal reasons.
