Munich, September 30, 2022 – The Supervisory Board of Allgeier SE (ISIN DE000A2GS633, WKN A2GS63), consisting of the members Thies Eggers, Christian Eggenberger and Georg Dürschmidt, elected Mr. Georg Dürschmidt as its Chairman today. The previous Chairman Detlef Dinsel has resigned today from the Supervisory Board for personal reasons in order to take a sabbatical of several months. He has expressed his willingness and interest to continue to support the development of Allgeier SE and to be available for re-election to the Supervisory Board following his leave of absence.
