The globally recognized Shore Gold certification is designed to transparently demonstrate operational risks, resilience and governance in the operation of real estate properties. The areas assessed include property protection and management systems. The Shore Gold certification confirms that the Access Tower and Centurion Tower are operated according to the highest international standards for operational safety and security.

Already in the past, the Centurion Tower was awarded the WiredScore Gold certification. The Access Tower achieved WiredScore Silver certification. The certification assesses digital connectivity in buildings on a global level.
