AD-HOC INFORMATION PUBLICATION OF INSIDER INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF REGULATION (EU) NO. 596/2014 bet-at-home.com AG increases its revenue forecast for the current financial year Düsseldorf, 1 December 2022. bet-at-home.com AG now expects its consolidated gross betting and gaming revenue ("GGR") in the range of EUR 52 million to EUR 54 million in the financial year 2022 (previous: EUR 45 million to EUR 50 million). This reflects a positive effect in the sports betting segment from the current FIFA World Cup. Due to the successful implementation of various reorganization measures and associated reductions in certain types of costs, the bet-at-home.com Group was able to channel savings into additional investments in marketing measures, also in connection with the FIFA World Cup. An adjustment of EBITDA guidance as a result of the higher GGR expectation is not made at the moment, due to the fact that it is not conclusively determined to what extent risk provisions associated with former business activities will be required in the annual and consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2022.
