ZEAL announces change in Supervisory Board

• Kenneth Chan succeeds Marc Peters as member of the Supervisory Board

Hamburg, 06 February 2023. At the request of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE, the leading German online provider of lottery products, the Hamburg Local Court has appointed Mr. Kenneth Chan as a new member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Marc Peters, who has resigned from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board. The court appointment is valid until this year's Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Kenneth Chan is the Managing Director of Working Capital. He graduated from Yale University.
