The buyback offer applies to up to 354,000 Firstextile Shares, which corresponds to up to 3% of the Company's current share capital. The offer price amounts to EUR 8.00 per share. The offer price includes a premium of approximately 8.4% on the reference stock quote of approximately EUR 7.38 which is the average stock market price at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange between and including the fourth and tenth trading days before 6 February, 2015 as day of the first public announcement of the share repurchase.
