The accounts are currently being audited and the information in this press release is of preliminary nature only. In 2014, Matica Technologies Group recorded total revenues equal of EUR 35,9 million (+18,5% yoy) reaching an EBIT of EUR 3,0 million (+ 200% yoy). The group turn-over confirms AMECA and the Americas as the most growing areas and the total revenues in 2014 include EUR 9 million realized with "System" products. The EBIT of 2014 is up by almost 200% yoy, due to increased sales, improved purchase conditions and strict cost control measures throughout the Group. Therefore Matica Technologies Group in 2014 recorded a yoy increase of Profit before Tax of 215,5% compared with 2013 PBT of EUR 0,92 million. "With this result we achieved a key milestone in our long-term business plan. It confirms our strategy to change the business model and invest in own products and strong regions." said CEO Sandro Camilleri.
