The Supervisory Board has approved the decision. The share capital of NEXUS AG is to be increased by EUR 630,515 using authorised capital while rescinding shareholders' statutory subscription rights. The increase will be in exchange for cash contributions, with 630,515 (4.2%) notional no-par-value bearer shares being issued. The move will increase the company's share capital from EUR 15,105,150 to EUR 15,735,665. The increase in capital is used to fi nance the latest acquisitions. Executive Board also expects to get opportunities for further acquisitions selectively to increase market shares in Europe.
