According to preliminary results, Joyou AG generated a significant increase in its key financial figures for the financial year 2014. Revenues increased by 11.3% to 398.1 million Euros (2013: 357.8 million Euros) in the financial year 2014. Measured in Renminbi (RMB), revenue grew by 11.2%, which was even slightly above the last full year guidance provided by Joyou AG, which foresaw sales growth at the upper end of the range of 5% to 10%. At the same time the Group's EBIT (operating profit) grew at an even higher rate of 15.5% to 61.4 million Euros (2013: 53.2 million Euros). EBIT margin climbed to 15.4% (2013: 14.9%). An important growth driver was the successful implementation of the Group's international growth strategy, whereby international sales increased significantly by 79.5% to 30.0 million Euros. But also in the domestic market China Joyou achieved a robust sales growth with sales amounting to 368.1 million Euros, surpassing the corresponding sales of 2013 by 7.9%.
