The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Vtion Wireless Technology AG (Vtion), jointly decided today that they will not propose a dividend payment for the year 2014 to the Annual General Meeting. In the last three years Vtion had issued 15 per cent of the previous year's group net profit as a dividend payment to the shareholders. The reason for this decision lies in the company's declining operating results and the fact that the company expects its operational difficulties to continue in the near term. In line with the preliminary results published on January 30, 2015, Vtion generated revenues of 46.3 million Euros in 2014 (2013: 60.0 million Euros), while EBIT amounted to 3.2 million Euros (2013: 5.0 million Euros). This represents an EBIT margin of 7%, largely consistent with a margin of 8% in 2013. Net profit was 2.8 million Euros (2013: 4.4 million Euros) and net cash from operations amounted to 4.7 million Euros (2013: 11.0 million Euros). The Annual General Meeting of Vtion will be held on June 25, 2015.
