During this period, a further construction stage in the major project in Karlsfeld was completed and the majority has already been handed over to the new owners. Revenues in Q1 totalled EUR 14.4 million. The gross profit margin of 42% is significantly higher than in the first quarter of 2014 (24%). EBIT was also up significantly compared to the same period of the previous year (EUR 2.8 million) to EUR 4.2 million. The result after tax amounts to 0.1 million euros (Q1 2014: -0.4 million euros). After five years, Christian Dunkelberg will let his contract come to an end Directly after our IPO in November 2010, Christian Dunkelberg was appointed to the management board of the company. "Without Christian Dunkelberg, it would not have been possible to transform the company into a transparent company aligned with the capital market" explains Prof. Dr. Raimund Baumann, chairman of the company's supervisory board. Christian Dunkelberg has now informed the supervisory board of his intention to focus on other challenges after five years and that he will not be renewing his contract that expires at the end of 2015. The management board and supervisory board regret the decision of Mr. Dunkelberg. "Particularly in his new position as CIO (Chief Investment Officer), which he has held since 2014, he has provided the company with valuable impulses for the future. This includes three important project acquisitions and the new location in Hamburg", explains Michael Haupt, the spokesman (CEO) of the company's management board. ISARIA Wohnbau and Christian Dunkelberg will be parting ways on the best of terms. Outlook for 2015 Compared to the end of 2014, at the start of the second quarter of 2015 the company has an unchanged high order book of EUR 83 million, with all orders having been certified by a notary. This means that forecasts for revenues in the current year are good predictable. Handovers for the next construction stage in Karlsfeld have already been scheduled for the second quarter. The company is sticking to its forecast of consolidated earnings after taxes in the high single-digit millions range for 2015 as a whole.
