These revenues are primarily attributed to the completion of further construction stages of the large construction project in Munich-Karlsfeld. At EUR 8.0 million, earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were increased considerably over the same period last year (EUR 6.3 million). As of 30 June 2015 the project volume currently being developed by the company is approximately 50% larger compared to 30 June 2014 in terms of book value. Despite substantial savings on interest, the financial expenses of EUR 8.1 million for the first half year of 2015 are thus approximately 19% greater than the corresponding expenses in the same period last year (EUR 6.8 million). With respect to the bottom line, a balanced result after tax of EUR 0.1 million was generated in the first half of 2015 (H1 2014: EUR 0.8 million). Residential building permits have now been secured for all development projects in Munich Following the so-called key data resolution for the property of the former Diamalt plants in Munich-Allach (see our press release of 30 July 2015) by the city council of Munich at its meeting on 29 July 2015, the respective residential building permit for all Munich projects currently under development has now been secured. "This represents the true value-generating activity for the first half of 2015 and will continue to increase the hidden reserves of our properties held on the balance sheet", explains Michael Haupt, spokesman of the management board of ISARIA Wohnbau AG. Outlook for 2015 For the second half of the current fiscal year, a focus will continue to be on successfully processing our still high order book. As part of the large-scale project "Nido" in Munich-Karlsfeld, there are currently 138 dwelling units under construction, of which a good 90 % have already been sold. Over half of the planned revenues of the entire year 2015 will be realised from this project in the third and fourth quarter. These earnings will show the same high gross profit margin as the revenues in the first half of the year (36%). The company therefore continues to adhere to its forecast of consolidated earnings after taxes in the high single-digit million euro range for 2015 as a whole.
