The cash settlement shall be for EUR 6.40 per no-par value bearer share of net mobile AG stock. With this determination, DOCOMO Digital has concretized and confirmed its demand dated 24 February 2016 that the minority shareholders' stock be transferred under § 327a para. 1 sent. 1 AktG. In consequence, a squeeze out - i.e., a resolution on the separation - of the minority shareholders will be caused at net mobile AG's next annual meeting of the shareholders. The annual meeting of the shareholders is tentatively scheduled for June 2016. After a public acquisition offer was made in January 2016, DOCOMO Digital GmbH increased its stock holdings to over 95% in February of this year and initiated the squeeze out process at net mobile AG.
