Thanks to the positive level of incoming orders in the previous quarter, SinnerSchrader achieved quarterly revenue of 12.0 million euros. Without taking account of the NEXT AUDIENCE business from which SinnerSchrader has withdrawn, this was 20.9 per cent more than in the comparable quarter of the previous year. Including the decline in revenue from the decision to withdraw, the growth in revenue amounted to 13.3 per cent in the quarter of the report. The operating result (EBITA) of 0.5 million euros for the second quarter of the current financial year also clearly exceeded the figure for the previous year with a growth of 0.7 million euros. SinnerSchrader achieved sales revenue in the amount of 24.8 million euros in the first half of the financial year. Unadjusted growth exceeded that of the same period of the previous year by 7.9 per cent, and when adjusted by the withdrawal from NEXT AUDIENCE business, it amounted to 13.9 per cent. SinnerSchrader generated an operating result of 1.35 million euros in the half year of the report - an increase of 1.26 million euros in comparison to the same period of the previous year. The net income was 0.95 million euros, or 0.08 euros per share. In the second half year of 2014/2015, net income had fallen just short of zero. The development of business in the first six months of 2015/2016 was strongly characterised by dynamic business with new clients. The new-client rate was almost 19.7 per cent. SinnerSchrader was able to gain renowned companies, including companies from the automotive industry, logistics, retailing and insurance. The upswing in business continued throughout all three segments, and they also all made positive contributions to the Group's operating result. In spite of the economic uncertainty that emerged in the first few months of 2016, no waning of the great interest in the services rendered by the SinnerSchrader Group had been noticeable by the end of the period of the report. SinnerSchrader is currently involved in significant tender processes. Against this background, SinnerSchrader is confirming its business forecast for the current financial year of 2015/2016: revenue of more than 50 million euros, an EBITA in the range of 5 million euros and net income of around 3 million euros, or 0.26 euros per share. With an inflow of funds of around 1.1 million euros, the operating cash flow underlines the positive development in the first half year of 2015/2016 in comparison to the previous year, in which there was an outflow of funds in the amount of 1.3 million euros in the operating area. The amount of liquid funds was nevertheless reduced by around 1.15 million euros, to 4.4 million euros against the amount as at 31 August 2015. The dividend payment in the amount of just under 1.4 million euros and the funds in the amount of 0.8 million euros for the share buy-back programme, which both occurred in the first six months of the current financial year, caused this reduction. The shareholders' equity rate reached 56.3 per cent as at 29 February 2016, an increase of 2.4 percentage points over the status on 31 August 2015.
