The record date for the distribution will be March 17th, 2016, the ex-dividend date will be March 18th, 2016 and the payment date will be March 22nd, 2016. The tax withholding rate will be approximately 20%; and - acknowledge and approve the use of the exemption granted to AVT by the Israeli Securities Authority ("ISA") which exempts AVT from the prospectus requirements under the laws of the State of Israel with respect to awards made to employees pursuant to AVT's employee equity based incentive plan ("AVT's 2009 Israeli Incentive Plan").
