With the expiration of his contract end of June 2016 he retired as member of the company's Executive Board in agreement with the net-m Supervisory Board. Imran Khan had already been part of net-m's management team since January 2014. From July 2014 Khan worked in the Executive Board of net-m as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Since April 2015 he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and responsible for all operational activities of the company. His executive responsibilities will be transferred to the existing Board members. A replacement of his position is not planned. The Supervisor Board, his board colleagues as well as the employees of the company regret his leave.
