The portfolio of PRG consists of renewable energy power plants distributed across five European countries. It includes eight wind parks located across Germany, France, Sweden and the UK with a total capacity of 69.5 MW as well as a 5 MW solar park in Italy and a solar roof portfolio in Southern France with a capacity of 12.1 MW. PRG is financed in large part by funding from institutional investors. CHORUS is assuming management of the PRG portfolio. The companies have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
