At the same time the trading in ISARIA shares ended. ISARIA notes that the additional acceptance period for the voluntary public takeover offer and compensation offer ("Offer") by LSREF4 ARIA Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG ("LSREF4"), an affiliate of Lone Star Real Estate Fund IV (U.S.), L.P. and Lone Star Real Es-tate Fund IV (Bermuda), L.P., has started today and will end on 13 September 2016, 24h (CET). Shareholders who would like to accept the Offer and tender their ISARIA shares into the Offer are advised to consult their respective custodian bank.
