CHORUS Clean Energy AG announces changes to the Management and Supervisory
Boards following the takeover with Capital Stage AG
Neubiberg/Munich, October 20, 2016 - CHORUS Clean Energy AG ("CHORUS"),
which specializes in the operation of solar and wind parks and is
headquartered in Neubiberg near Munich, has announced the following changes
to its Management and Supervisory Boards after completion of the takeover
of more than 94 percent of the shares by Capital Stage AG:
Holger Götze is stepping down as the CEO of CHORUS and is taking up a new
role as COO on the Management Board of Capital Stage AG with immediate
effect. At his own request and on the most amicable of terms, Heinz Jarothe
will be leaving the Management Board and stepping down as COO at the end of
the year, but will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity.
The future Management Board of CHORUS Clean Energy AG will comprise of
Karsten Mieth and Helmut Horst.

to thank Mr. Jarothe for his tireless efforts and dedicated commitment to
CHORUS over his more than 15 years at the company," said Peter Heidecker,
company founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
In accordance with the plans for the takeover of CHORUS by Capital Stage
Peter Heidecker and Christine Scheel will both be leaving the Supervisory
Board of CHORUS and joining the Supervisory Board of Capital Stage AG with
immediate effect. The future Supervisory Board of CHORUS is supposed to
consist of Dr. Christoph Husmann, who has been a member of the Management
Board of Capital Stage AG for the past two years, Holger Götze, and Dr.
Heinz Riederer.
