Augsburg, November 11, 2016 - Kontron AG, a leading global provider of
Embedded Computer Technology (ECT), informs that the members of the
Supervisory Board of Kontron AG, Rainer Erlat (Chairman), Harald Joachim
Joos und Martin Bertinchamp, have each individually notified by letter
dated today that they resign from office with effect from the end of
November 30, 2016. The company plans to fill the vacant seats on the
Supervisory Board by court-appointment with three new Supervisory Board
members that reflect the new shareholder structure of the company.
Subsequently Mr. Sten Daugaard, Chairman of the Management Board, today
announced that he intended to free his position for a new management of the
company. He will enter into discussions with the Supervisory Board for a
corresponding agreement. On July 25, 2016 Mr. Daugaard had changed from the
Supervisory Board to the Management Board following the immediate leave of
the former Management Board.
