The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SinnerSchrader Group closes the 2015/2016 financial year (1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016) with revenue in the amount of 51.1 million euros, an operating result (EBITA) of 4.7 million euros and net income of just under 3.4 million euros. The final figures of the audited Consolidated Financial Statements are thus slightly higher than the provisional figures announced on 18 October. The figures for the previous year - revenue of 47.7 million euros, EBITA in the amount of 2.1 million euros and net income of 1.5 million euros - were clearly exceeded. SinnerSchrader was thus able to implement its ambitious plans for the 2015/2016 financial year. A key factor for this success was the discontinuation of the NEXT AUDIENCE business as at 31 December 2015. The good progress in the other business units was, however, also a reason for the Group's record figures. These core business units expanded their revenue in the 2015/2016 financial year by a total of 5.7 million euros, or 12.6 per cent. Clients who were newly acquired in the financial year accounted for 3.3 million euros; revenue with existing clients rose by 2.4 million euros. The margin in the core business improved in the year of the report to 10 per cent; the EBITA was 5.1 million euros. The biggest success of the 2015/2016 financial year was that SinnerSchrader won an international pitch to be the worldwide lead digital agency for Audi. The work for the automotive corporation, which only started towards the end of the year of the report in July 2016, is a positive indicator for the 2016/2017 financial year. SinnerSchrader is anticipating growth in the order of 10 per cent and revenue of 56 million euros for the next financial year. The margin is to be further improved to approximately 10.5 per cent, meaning that an EBITA of between 5.8 million euros and 5.9 million euros is expected. The net income should be at least 4 million euros, or 0.35 euros per share. Against the background of the successful 2015/2016 financial year and the positive forecast for the 2016/2017 financial year, today the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, parallel to endorsing the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Financial Statements of SinnerSchrader AG, decided to propose the payment of a dividend of 0.20 euros per share to the Annual General Meeting on 26 January 2017. This represents an increase of 0.08 euros per share in comparison to last year's dividend. The dividend payment will once again be served from the tax deposit account.
